How to Become a Sponsor
1. Send an email with your business relation to TOCA and social media presence URLs to: TOCAmember@gmail.com
2. Upon receipt, the Sponsorship Committee will review your proposal and make their recommendation to the TOCA Board of Directors for approval.
3. The TOCA Sponsorship Committee and Board of Directors may deny any request for sponsorship or renewal.
4. You will be informed upon acceptance and a contract issued.
Terms and Conditions
TOCA is a 501(c)7 non-profit social club. Contributions are not tax deductible. Due to certain IRS restrictions as a social club, TOCA is restricted in how much paid sponsorships the organization can accept. As such, TOCA may not be able to accept a paid sponsorship; however, in-kind contributions are encouraged.
Sponsorship is for twelve months from signed contract acceptance.
Payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
Sponsor agrees to provide the following to TOCA for marketing and promotion:
Artwork, logos, written promotional material as mutually agreed between the parties.
No employer/employee relationship is established or implied with this sponsorship agreement. The Club has no liability or responsibility to the Sponsor beyond the scope of this agreement. The Sponsor grants the Club the right to use their intellectual property in promoting the Sponsor’s business, including logos and other brand trademarks. If the nature of the purchased sponsorship package must be changed for any reason, the Club agrees to notify the Sponsor in writing. The purchased sponsorship package is not transferable. If the Sponsor cannot meet the financial requirements of this agreement, the Sponsor agrees to provide written notification to the Club in a timely manner so that the Club may find another suitable sponsor. Sponsor agrees to relinquish using/destroy/ return all TOCA materials should the sponsorship cease or be terminated by TOCA. Anything not expressly addressed in this sponsorship agreement's terms shall be governed by the contract laws of the state of Arkansas.
